| Description |
| A superb quality antique leather upholstered mahogany armchair upholstered in buttoned leather. This well proportioned and shaped leather armchair dating to late 19th Century has been constructed of very fine mahogany and upholstered in a slightly faded black leather which has been deep buttoned with a brass nailed finish. Extremely comfortable due to its size and shaped back which is moulded perfectly for sitting on. The old leather has been re-nourished and is in perfect condition with a lovely used colour and patina along with the quality mahogany used for the frame and beautifully turned and carved feet. The woodwork is in very fine condition with a lovely warm mahogany colour with the front castors having a makers stamp J.C&S. This is a wonderful leather armchair in first class condition having been restored using traditional methods and is extremely comfortable.
