| An extremely fine quality Regency mahogany antique Pembroke dining table attributed to Gillows of Lancaster.
This fabulous Pembroke / dining table has all the attributes of the famous cabinet makers Gillows of Lancaster having wonderful mahogany timber used not only on the top leaves but also the same quality has been used on the frieze and reeded legs which is a classic sign of Gillows along with their textbook turned and reeded leg.
The beautiful solid mahogany top opens to 48 inches wide making this not only a very attractive table but also a very practical dining table. The ring turned and reeded legs are of the best quality with timber used that will normally have only been seen on the tops of furniture and retain their original brass castors.
A super quality piece of furniture attributed to one of the best 18th and 19th Century cabinet makers in excellent condition which will make a fine addition to any collection.
