A wonderful mid 19th Century country house walnut hall bench measuring 168cm long (65.5 inches)

English Circa 1850

An unusual model having beautiful oversized scrolled end supports with the original colour and patination which is about as good as it gets.

The scrolled arms to each end having carved patrea held by three baluster turned supports, over a long solid walnut rounded seat, above a moulded frame terminating with twin ring turned legs on a shaped platform base.

Note : of good size with a superb natural patina and colour.
