Quality Early 20th Century Walnut Serpentine Chest on Chest #2644

A very good quality serpentine shaped front walnut chest on chest.

English Circa 1920.

The outswept cornice above four graduated cross banded serpentine drawers with oak lined handcut dovetails, brass open back ‘bat wing’ handles and escutcheons, retaining the brass twin pin locks with the lower section having a three conforming graduated drawers slightly wider, with the whole raised on shaped bracket feet.

Having an excellent original colour this well sized chest on chest has been wax polished ready for home use.
